Chloe in the service department was very kind, helpful and informative when we took a truck we had purchased from another dealer in to run a diagnostics test. The mechanic was also very thorough and informative (unfortunately I did not get his name) we will definitely use this service center in the future.

Most professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and low pressure dealership service department I’ve been to in a long long time. Everyone I dealt with seemed to know their job and could answer any question I had. No up sales pressure. Job was completed earlier than estimated. I’ve never been a “Ford” guy but this experience has me thinking.

Hey yall, I take my 2015 ford focus to this ford dealership on Wednesday may 20. For transmission problems. Chioe was a big help. Get my car in for repair. The time of the repair was a little slow. Chioe was a big help answer my question about been a little slow. Keep her on the job.. I would recommend for repair on your ford.

I love the customer service I experienced while visiting on two separate occasions. My first experience was with Mike in Parts. He really went above and beyond in helping me find the parts I needed for my vehicle. He was super friendly, kind, and respectful. My second was with Chloe in the Service department. She was attentive, had a great personality, and was very helpful in scheduling my appointment as well as offering me the correct price quote for the service I needed. I recommend you to them should you need assistance in either department.

We were greeted immediately by a wonderful sales person. The salesperson showed us the truck we came to see and others. With a couple of test drives, we chose a different truck than the one we came to see. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful she guided us through the entire purchase.

Ended up getting a 2023 GMC Acadia. Nice car super nice people. Clean facility and many different types of cars to choose from. Personally I hate car shopping but they made it slightly better
