Most professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and low pressure dealership service department I’ve been to in a long long time. Everyone I dealt with seemed to know their job and could answer any question I had. No up sales pressure. Job was completed earlier than estimated. I’ve never been a “Ford” guy but this experience has me thinking.

The service department picks up my truck and brings it back, while giving me an update while it’s there.

He really went above and beyond in helping me find the parts I needed for my vehicle. He was super friendly, kind, and respectful. My second was with Chloe in the Service department. She was attentive, had a great personality, and was very helpful in scheduling my appointment as well as offering me the correct price quote for the service I needed. I recommend you to them should you need assistance in either department.
